Intro to the interface
Left sidebar
The left sidebar displays the favorites and recently opened content, making it easy to switch between projects and cards.
Right sidebar
The right sidebar allows you to view the library, journals, and highlights within the canvas, journal, and full-screen card. This feature is ideal for split-screen work, enabling simultaneous access to reference materials and creative content. Items can also be dragged and dropped directly into the canvas or text for a smoother workflow.
TOC
TOC is your primary way of organizing boards and cards in projects. For both boards and cards, you can "rename/make a copy/delete/drag to sort."
Toolbar
The toolbar includes Text, Images, Shapes/Icons, Drawings, Embedded Pages, Frames, Mind Maps, Files.
Present and Share
Present
You can present in two different ways: Boards and Frames
"Boards" display the content of an infinite canvas in a WYSIWYG manner.
"Frames" showcase the content you add to the frame.
When you need to create visual content with precise dimensions (such as a 16:9 presentation or an A4 e-book), you should use the "Frames" mode.
Share
You can export the project as a local copy. You can also publish it to the web (currently requires purchasing the Publisher plan).
